Even More Exciting!!

Riveted bracelet
"Calgary’s Susan White has been a jewellery maker for 15 years, transitioning from lampwork and metals to polymer and metals. Her etched copper links are accented with gilders paste.
The squares of pearlized polymer are riveted on. Below you can see her earrings with silver tubes riveted in the middle of lentil beads. More links here and here. Have a riveting weekend!"

This is what I saw when I did my usual morning check of Polymer Clay Daily.  Anyone who works with polymer clay knows that this is a huge deal; for the rest of you, take my word for it!  Thank you Cynthia, for a great start to the weekend!

Susan--saw that bracelet and the earrings on the Polymer Daily e-mail. These are possibly the most beautiful polymer clay items I've seen---checked out your blog and etsy shop. I see you've been at this awhile. Don't be discouraged. I make jewelry too as well as other art---it is hard to sell but I HAVE to do it.

Thank you, Pat! I agree with you, the polymer clay jewellery is so much harder to sell than the glass bead and silver jewellery. I will plug along at it, though, since I think it is a fantastic medium. There is a lovely show I participate in put on by a group of Art College grads, and I have seen my sales increase over the last 2 shows. Anyhow, biggest thrill ever to be featured on PCD!
